Welcome to my site. \n
My name is Marco Daeron Ventura<\/span> and some would say I am an inventor of stories<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I love writing, and my work revolves entirely around it: I\u2019m a comics and film scriptwriter, fiction author, game and setting creator, copywriter, book designer, and unapologetic dreamer. Oh, and yes, I also make coffee (though I don\u2019t drink it\u2014I know, I\u2019m a terrible person).\u00a0<\/p>

Over the years, I\u2019ve published several graphic novels and short stories, founded a few publishing ventures (MDV Studio, ManFont), and I\u2019m currently part of the editorial teams at Gigaciao and GearGames.<\/p>

Beyond writing, I\u2019ve also specialized in editorial design: comic lettering and book design. It\u2019s incredible to be both the first spark of a story and the craftsman who forges a book! I also teach courses on the History and Language of Comics in high schools and art academies.<\/p>

I enjoy playing terrible basketball, grooming cats, singing my heart out at rock concerts, and winning board games. I\u2019m a second-degree black belt in late-night cinema and a firm believer that life is far too short to take yourself too seriously.<\/p>

I\u2019m always open to new job opportunities, especially ones that can take me to faraway, unexplored worlds.<\/p>
