5 Further information for users
5.1 Legal basis for processing
The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions is met:

6 Further information on storage time
Unless otherwise stated in this document, Personal Data is processed and kept for the time required by the purpose for which it was collected and may be kept for a longer period due to any legal obligation or on the basis of Users' consent. Therefore:

9 How to exercise rights
